Recurring Order Information

Our company has never done recurring orders or billing and never will. If you have been charged with a recurring fee by a company with Derma Skin Care in their name, please know that this is NOT us. Secure Order Form

All order information is processed through our secure servers. When you begin the Checkout process, you will see a small lock in the left-hand corner of your browser, and also see an ‘https://’ in the Web address.  Both of these icons signify that you have been transferred to our secure server. Your information is encrypted before being transmitted, and you need not be concerned about someone accessing your credit card information.


Ordering By Phone

If you prefer not to use your credit card number online, please call us toll-free at 1-866-280-1203. You will be asked to leave a message. Please speak clearly and leave your name and phone number, as well as the time zone in which you live or other information regarding an appropriate time to call you. (We don’t want to call too early or too late!) We will return your call and take your order as soon as possible, usually by the next business day.  During major sales events, we regret that telephone orders cannot be taken.

 When calling us about an order, please leave us a message, including your order number, so that we may research the order prior to returning your call.  PLEASE NOTE:  our phone is a message only system; we shall return your call, but for quicker service, correspondence via email is suggested. Colorado Orders

All Colorado residents must add 5% sales tax to their orders.



We rely upon you to provide accurate, complete and current shipping information.  All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service; if you provide an address at which you do not receive your mail, most likely the order will be returned to us, causing a delay in delivery of your products.  If we must reship any order due to faulty shipping information, we shall charge for the actual cost of reshipping.


 United States Orders

We ship ONLY within the United States, its territories, APO and FPO addresses. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and you may choose from their Priority Mail delivery, which will take 3-5 business days ($6.95), or Express Mail delivery which will take 2-3 business days ($49.95), although some destinations may experience overnight delivery.  Please note:  Priority Mail delivery is free on orders of $100.00 or more. Express Mail shipping to an address other than that of the person placing the order may be subject to phone verification prior to processing and shipping of the order.  We may authenticate the order with the credit card holder prior to shipping.
All orders are subject to a processing/handling fee:
  •     -orders of $150.00 or less:  $1.95
  •     -orders of $151.00-$250.00:  $3.95
  •     -orders of $251.00-$500.00:  $5.95
  •     -orders over $500.00:  $7.95


Processing/handling fees are not refundable.

All orders placed are generally shipped the next business day, with the exception of holidays and during our site-wide sales, when volumes tend to be particularly high.  If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, we will also notify you by email, and then ship your product as soon as possible after it is received in stock.  Please allow additional shipping time for holiday mail volumes.


Tracking Information for Your Order

You will receive a tracking number from the USPS via email when your order is ready to ship. At times, this email may be delivered to your junk folder…please check there for your tracking number.

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them to us. Please send the package securely wrapped and pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D. mail or shipping due) to:

Please return items within 30 days. The cost of the items (including tax, if any, but not including shipping charges) returned will be promptly credited to your bankcard. We ask that you return products with the invoice when possible, with an explanation/direction as to how you wish your return to be processed.
