How does the discount work? 
We offer a Daily discount of 21%. When we offer 27% or any other discount, the additional % is added to the 21% discount.  ie 27% discount would be an additional 6% on top of the 21% daily discount.

 

What is Friends and Family?

Once you login you will see the link above with your reference number. Share it with your friends and family and earn reward points.  Earn 1 point for every $ spent

 

What is an Automatic Charge?
Our Company DOES NOT have automatic billing nor do we have “trial offers” or charge for samples.  If you are experiencing this issue please contact the Correct Company.

 

What are Loyality Reward Points? 
For every dollar spent you earn 1 point.  When you accumulate 500 points you can use these points for 5% off a future order. Your points never expire, you can bank them if you like, however, you can only use 500 points at a time.  If you have accumlated 1000 points and want to use them all, you may place 2 separate orders allowing you to use 5% off each order.

 

What carrier do you use for Shipping?
We use The United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail.  We ship anywhere in the US including Puerto Rico.  We do not ship International orders.

 

Can you return and/or exchange a product?
You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase.  If it is after 30 days please email us at info@dermaskincare.com
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied.

 

What methods of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  No checks or C.O.D.’s

 

Will you have to pay for return shipping? 
If you ordered the incorrect product or just changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us and the shipping back to you if you are exchanging. If you are requesting a refund, we will credit the method of payment for the amount of the product being returned.  It may take up to 72 hours for it to show on credit card or PayPal
If the mistake was ours we will send a prepaid label and packaging for an easy return. Simply put the product in the package and set it out for your mailman, it will be picked up at your residence.
